“A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Jackson Soil and Water Conservation District, Jackson County, State of Oregon, will meet to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. The meeting will be held in the District office located at 89 Alder Street, Central Point, Oregon 97502. The meeting will take place on May 17, 2023 at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and receive comments from the public, then approve the budget and tax rate or amount. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 10, 2023 at 89 Alder Street, Central Point, Oregon, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. This meeting is open to the public. Details for the Zoom meeting and public notice of the budget committee meeting will be posted on the District’s website at https://www.jswcd.org/meetings. If needed, a subsequent Budget Committee Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 starting at 6:00 at the same location.
